Description

The NHSScotland Confidential Alert Line was initially launched as a pilot on 2 April 2013. Following a successful pilot period, the former Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing announced that the service would be enhanced further and will continue to 31 July 2016. As part of its contract, the supplier of the alert line is obliged to provide the Scottish Government with evaluation reports at 6 monthly intervals. This document covers the period from 1 February 2016 – 31 July 2016.
