Description
A Fair for All – Disability team has been established to support the NHS develop an approach that will identify how to meet the requirements of the Disability Equality Duty in the Disability Discrimination Act 2005.
This letter attaches documents that have been developed by the Fair for All – Disability team to provide strategic and good practice guidance on disability issues across NHSScotland. These documents are at a draft stage and are for consultation (closing date - 30 November 2005).
