Description
This letter provides NHS Boards and special Health Boards with updated guidance on the retention and disposal of administrative records (it does not include the personal health records of individual patients.) This guidance replaces that relating to administrative records previously issued in Scottish Health Memorandum 60 of 1958 (SHM 58/60).

HDL (2006) 28 is superseded by CEL 31 (2010).
