Description
The Self Management Strategy is a unique document, in that it has been developed not, as you might expect, by the Scottish Government, but by the Long Term Conditions Alliance Scotland. This was a deliberate decision, in keeping with our overall approach to long term conditions management, where we want to learn from people's own experience of living with these conditions. The strategy is, as it says, driven not by policy makers but by people themselves.
