14. Janssen-Cilag Ltd have advised that a batch of Prezista Tablets 400mg is being recalled to hospital and pharmacy level following complaints of musty and mouldy odours.
15. AstraZeneca UK Ltd have advised that a batch of Zoladex 3.6mg singledose syringe applicators is being recalled to hospital and pharmacy level following concerns about the integrity of the pouch in a small number of cases.
